How do I book a service on PetVesta?+
Browse the service catalogue, choose the package that suits your pet, and tap āBook now.ā You can then select your preferred date, ideal time window, and share any special instructions before confirming the request.
Are the service providers verified?+
Yes. Every groomer, trainer, vet partner, and sitter on PetVesta goes through ID verification, background checks, and routine quality audits. We also monitor ratings from fellow pet parents to keep standards consistently high.
Which Emirates do you currently cover?+
We offer at-home and in-clinic appointments across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, and Umm Al Quwain. Availability may vary by service typeāif a slot is not visible, reach out and we will do our best to help.
Can I speak to someone before confirming?+
Absolutely. Tap the āChat with conciergeā prompt inside the portal or mobile app and our team will walk you through the options, customise packages, or answer any last-minute questions.

What should I set up before a grooming session?+
Please have a sink or tub available, along with clean towels and easy access to water and power. If your pet has sensitivities or favourite products, mention them in the booking notes so the groomer can prepare in advance.
Do I need to be home during a service?+
We recommend someone from the family is presentāeither you or a trusted guardian. It helps the expert settle your pet quickly, review instructions, and handle payments on completion.
What if my pet has medical conditions or behaviour triggers?+
Add the details while booking and our concierge will assign a specialist with the right experience. For ongoing treatments, we may request vet notes to make sure everything is carried out safely.
Pricing & Payments
How charges are calculated and the payment methods currently available.
How are service prices determined?+
Each package lists the duration, inclusions, and total price upfront. Rates are based on the service providerās expertise, travel distance, and any add-ons you select during checkout.
What payment options do you accept?+
Right now we support Cash on Delivery. Pay the service partner once the appointment is finishedāhave exact change ready if possible, or request a portable POS terminal in the booking notes.
Do you offer refunds or credits?+
If a service needs to be cancelled or doesnāt meet expectations, contact our concierge team within 24 hours. We will review the case and arrange an appropriate refund or credit where applicable.
Rescheduling & Support
We know plans changeāhere is how to adjust or cancel without stress.
Can I reschedule after booking?+
Yes. Open your order in the dashboard and choose āReschedule.ā Select a new slot and we will confirm the change with the assigned expert. Same-day adjustments depend on provider availability.
What is the cancellation policy?+
You can cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before the appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee to cover the expertās travel time.
How do I get in touch if something goes wrong?+
Message the concierge through the portal, use the in-app chat, or email hello@petvesta.com. Share your booking reference and our support squad will respond shortly with next steps.
