Terms & Conditions
These guidelines explain how purchases, deliveries, cancellations, and promotions operate across PetVesta services in the UAE. Please review them before placing an order or booking an appointment.
Company information & governing law
PetVesta is operated by Better Point Pavilion Portal LLC and is domiciled in the United Arab Emirates. UAE law governs all purchases made through our platforms, and any disputes are handled exclusively by the competent courts in the UAE.
Eligibility & account security
Only individuals aged 18 or older may register or transact on PetVesta. Keep your login credentials private and store digital receipts for future reference. You are responsible for all activity that takes place under your account.
Payment terms
We currently support payments in AED via online card (Visa, Mastercard), cash on delivery, or card on delivery. Advance orders may require online prepayment to secure stock. PetVesta may pause, reschedule, or cancel a delivery if payment is delayed or declined.
Shipping & delivery
Orders above AED 150 qualify for free delivery. A flat AED 20 fee applies to smaller orders. Same- or next-day in-store collection is available where indicated. We do not ship internationally, but you may arrange your own courier; condition of the package becomes your responsibility once it leaves our care.
Cancellation window
You can cancel an order within 24–48 hours provided it has not yet been dispatched. After dispatch, our refund guidelines apply. If the delivery has already been released, standard return procedures must be followed.
Returns & refunds
To request a return, contact support@petvesta.com within 14 days of purchase and provide your receipt. Items must be unused, unaltered, and in their original packaging. Engraved ID tags, clearance items, and products showing wear are not eligible. Online refunds are processed to the original card within 21 days. Cash or card-on-delivery payments are refunded as store credit.
Credit notes & samples
Store credit remains valid for 60 days from the issue date. Complimentary samples are available to online account holders on orders over AED 200 (maximum two per order, no duplicates) while stock lasts.
Offers & promotions
Discount codes must be applied at checkout and cannot be combined with other offers or used on equestrian products. Promotions listed in the Offers section are subject to change without notice.
Toy safety disclaimer
No pet toy is indestructible. Select products suited to your pet’s play style, supervise interactive play, and retire damaged toys promptly. PetVesta is not liable for injuries that result from improper use.
